“ Tutto fantastico. Il vino è squisito. Dolci spettacolari. Personale di sala molto gentile e disponibile. I bagni sono pulitissimi e profumati. Sosta obbligata se si è in viaggio tra la Capitale e la Campania. ”

“ Avevo prenotato da Fausto per una cena speciale, ma con grande cortesia mi hanno proposto di partecipare a una serata-evento sulla spiaggia di Bazzano Beach, con lo chef di Da Fausto protagonista e un menù studiato per l’occasione. Ho accettato con piacere anche perché ci è stato proposto uno sconto molto gradito. Il menù ha rispecchiato l’eleganza e la qualità della cucina di Fausto: ottimi antipasti, un secondo ben eseguito e un dolce delizioso. Unico piccolo appunto sul risotto, forse difficile da gestire per una cena all’aperto con oltre 80 ospiti: la qualità della materia prima c’era tutta, ma la preparazione è risultata un po’ sacrificata dalla logistica. Tornerò senz’altro direttamente da Fausto, per assaporare appieno la cucina nel suo contesto originale. Un grande grazie allo staff per la disponibilità e la passione. ”

Il tutto accompagnato dalla cortesia dello staff di Sala sempre attento alla cura del cliente. Consigliato per cene da ricordare ”
